Return policy

The most important thing to us is that you are happy with your purchase. We therefore always provide a 14 day right to withdrawal from your purchase. Our only demand is that the item(s) is returned to us in the same condition that it was delivered in. If you have received a wrong item then we will of course be responsible for the cost.
No return on sale products.

Return - Do you wish to return your purchase?

This is what you need to do:

1. Place the item(s) that you would like to return in the package that it was received in or place it in a new package together with a note that states who the package is from, so we know.

2. Buy stamps according to weight (at your local post office, where you usually pick up package deliveries).

3. Leave the package at your local post office or in a yellow postbox.

4. Inform us when the item(s) is sent. info@difficult.se

Change - Do you want to change to a different size or item?

*Free shipping on the item(s) that you want to change to (you pay for the delivery to us and we pay for the delivery to you.) Send the item(s) back to us in the same condition as it arrived in. Inform us when the package is sent.

Refund

Klarna account

If you choose to return your whole order, the invoice will be adjusted on your Klarna account.

If you choose to return parts of your order, the balance will be adjusted on the next invoice that is sent to your address. Only when we have received the item(s) is when we can provide a refund.

Bank card

If you have made your purchase with a bank card we will transfer the money to your account. Note that the transfer will be made to the same account that was used to make the initial purchase.

If you have purchased your order with a discount code or with a gift card and choose to return your whole order you will receive a new discount code/gift card for the same value as your return.

Complaint

We guarantee that the item(s) that you order from us are delivered in perfect condition. If you would receive a defective or a wrong item you should contact us as soon as possible.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

VAT

25% VAT is included in all of our prices, no additional charges will be added apart from any possible delivery costs. We provide 5 different ways to complete the payment of your purchase: card payment, direct payment, split payment, invoice and discount code/gift card.

Card payment

If you choose to pay for your purchase with a bank card there will be no additional charges.

Difficult AB will not save any of your card information.

Invoice

If you choose to pay for your purchase with an invoice there will be a credit check up on your social security number. The invoice will be sent from our partners at Klarna and an additional charge of 29 kr will be added. Payment terms are 14 days (is possible to move forward to 30 days if requested). If the payment is late there will be an added reminder fee of 60 kr.

Account/split payment

Do you wish to split your payment? No problem. With the account option you have the choice to pay 1/24 or at least 50 kr per month (for up to 24 months).

Discount code

If you have a discount code you use it at the checkout. Type in the code and click on the discount code button when you get to the checkout, the amount will automatically be removed from the total balance of your purchase. If the discount code covers the entire purchase, it will be your method of payment. If it covers a lesser part you will pay for the remaining amount. This also applies to gift cards. It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes and gift cards.
